Some times you just cannot be sure what comes out when you draw. I sketched this out and whilst working on the colours etc I got the feeling that she looked like the -men character.
Was debating skipping this week and just post a big bunch this weekend but ah heck with it. Enjoying these cute little creatures that are invading my sketchbook atm. Might try these as the new format for Pooraj and Mammo strip ( ahem Warren!).

Thought I would drop in a handful. There will definitely be more forthcoming, I have a bunch of things I will be doing during christmas so look out for the rest of em. Not much else to say but N joy! Gallery of sketches after the jump.
Took a break after exams and went out to see some art and listen to some music in woodbrook. I cannot find the damn cord to connect my phone to the PC soo I dont have any pictures of Marlon Darbeau’s show of my own to post. However you can read about it here and here. It was nice to see something a lil different, I liked the graphic installation which made statements on government using traffic symbols signs and imagery. I really liked the pillows with the irritant tags so I have to get me one.
Left the show and took some time to vibes a new band called Canboulay, I kinda liked their music but it was difficult to hear them properly sounds were muffled the instruments were killing the vocals, so I would probably try to hear them at a different venue. Corner Bar was a cool scene though, Leacock have excellent taste in music.
So yeah as for them Saturday Sketches I will have them up this coming weekend.
I almost did not put anything up, but I did have a few sketches that I thought were interesting. Preparing for midterms so I did not do a lot of sketching this week, strangely, cause I felt like I am beginning to free up a bit with my style.
