That is about how many years since I first opened my eyes and saw this world. This year somethings are different. I have changed my direction from the last few years and have found myself more focused and with a bit of my old drive from my early 20s.

Lost a few friends, found some new ones, and strengthened bonds with those I have known most of my life. There is a certain sense of awareness, but only enough to know that I have just begun to discover what being aware is. There is a certain sense of accomplishment but only enough to know that so much more lies ahead and a certain sense of confidence but only because I am learning to be humble in the face of greatness.

The time is decadent. People were more lax about politics and the emphasis from day to day is more about who you know and how you look. Rhonda sat reading the newspapers, fidgeting. She would fix her glasses, tug at her clothes and keep the newspaper leaves inline as she turned the pages.
