Came across this article about a Portuguese newspaper adjusting its design concept ( visually and structurally) to take a stab at the fate of dying newsprint. It is a pretty interesting read and if it catches on ( or becomes profitable) would be refreshing for more papers to follow. At least as an illustrator I would like to see more do it most frown on using illustrations these days here ( sad face).

A good friend of mine Marlon Griffith will be exhibiting today in an exhibition Contemporary West Indian Artists. I have always followed the work he does and it is usually some inspiring stuff. ArtzPub has some mre information on their blog.

Doing my usual reading rounds for inspiration came across this video. The artists etcinterviewd are all doing a lot of things I would like to actually get into. Check it out see what they do.
Was debating skipping this week and just post a big bunch this weekend but ah heck with it. Enjoying these cute little creatures that are invading my sketchbook atm. Might try these as the new format for Pooraj and Mammo strip ( ahem Warren!).
