The only day people want to be the longest day of the year. There is that sense to want to sun to literally stand still as you squeeze every last drop, every last wine, every last inch of that song out befopre it all ends.

Yes I did name the last two images after flowers, well kinda. I just thought it was fitting. This continues some experiments I did hurriedly.
Some quick experiments in illustrator, based on minimalism. I like the results so I am definitely going to investigate this some more later on. The idea comes from my drawing class consider me inspired!
I always like to draw these cutaway style sketches, I think it is more interesting to look at by providing mystery.
I know that as an artist, you should never stop drawing or forget the basics upon which you learned your skills. I could be better, but I still hate drawing still life. I get bored of it and lose my patience. I do however humble myself and do it when I must, because it is for those same reasons I hate it that I must do it to become better.
Going to try doing a few carnival character illustrations with a little twist. The bext few days I will be working on these sketches I am hoping to have something really nice on the days of carnival.
Just kinda sketched this out after seeing that cool avatar trailer. I wanted to take my time a little more, I tried to do the patterns by hand as opposed to on the computer. I will be doing a colour take on this later on when my schedule clears up.
